Refund policy
Returns We want you to love your ring. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags/certificates attached
- You must contact us at [your email/phone] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved rings
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or design, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your ring arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
